after clearing up a white spot problem up a few weeks ago,1 of my gold rams now looks like its ill,the 1 that is ill, looks like its lost weight around its face, and is having rapid gill movement ,i have another ram in the tank and is fine with weight and everything, but the 1 that looks ill is also swimming a bit strange, could i have parasites in my tank?.there are no signs of white spot and my ammonia is 0

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Does the fish look skinny any where else.
Is the tummy sunken in.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed.
Any worms prutruding from the anus.
Is the spine bent.
Are the gills red and inflamed.
Are the gills swollen.
Do the gills look like there bleeding.
Any signs of darting, excess mucas, flicking and rubbing.
Do the gills look pale with excess mucas.
Is the fish still eating.
Is the face rotting away.

Parasites can cause bacterial infections.
Any red streaking, or bleeding beneath the skin.,
Can the fish maintain balance in the water.
Is the fish swimming in a jerky movement.

ammonia is zero at the mo!,but was 0.25 last week, ive done 3, 70% water changes since then.the fish seems to swimming a bit erractily(jerky movement) with rapid gill movement, its back tail seems to be tensed up,not at full span, buts the fish is eating fine, belly is fine too

Did the Ram lose it's colouring and look a bit charcoalish in colour during the ammonia spike? If it is clamping its fins, it sounds like it has been stressed due to the water stats (plus the recent whitespot outbreak would have already lowered it's immune system) - and Rams that get stressed are easily susceptible to bacterial disease.
