Gold Nugget & Sailfin

Quick question -- typically, would a gold nugget (3 inches) and a sailfin (5 inches) be ok together in the same tank? I've read that the gold nuggets can be territorial - but towards their own kind.

I need to put them together in a 55 gallon for several months. But if it's not going to work -- then I will have to give up my little gold nugget.

they should be ok... keep an eye on them though and make sure there are more caves than plecs...

Commons are armoured and the GN are soft... and will come off worse if they have to fight over hiding places.

Thanks, smithrc! I will give it a try and provide several caves. There will only be two plecs in the tank.
