Looks like a L018 to me

Thats what I was thinking was that or the large spot one.

So if its a L018 what can I expect?

Max size in home aquarium, diet, compatibility with other plecos?

Been reading lots of websites and most of them contradict each other.

I've never seen a GN bigger than about 8 inches (although planet catfish does give a max size of 14inches
They tend to be quite territorial towards other plec and catfish, especially other GNs IME
I also don't think they are algae eaters but prefer a mixed diet of meaty foods like bloodworm and shrimp as well as courgette and dried foods
