whats the most suitable temp and foods for my gold/green striped corys? there is very little info on these fish that i can find either in books or on the internet!!!!! tank currently at 26 degrees and i currently feed them on tabimin, frozen bloodworms, frozen daphnia, freeze dried tubiflex, freeze dried brine shrimp not all at once obviously but tend to vary it day to day. i also have tetra prima veg and colour flakes. the corys dont really seem to go mad for any of them but when bloodworms or tubiflex is added my loaches go absolutely nuts and my other fish will eat anything...... my shrimp even grab the tabimin before my corys pay any attention to them!

Hi mattlee :)

These fish were called a color variation of C. aeneus for quite some time before they were renamed. I usually keep them under the same conditions as the bronze and albino C. aeneus which prefer temperatures a little on the cool side. 73 -75 F. is good but it can vary somewhat.

I hope to see pictures when your new ones arrive. :D
