Hey I'm goin away for 2 weeks coming up but the ppl I got to feed my fish know nothing about how to take care of them so is there anything I can do befor I leave to ensure a healthy tank and no deaths when I getback I'm a bit worryed something bad wiill happen while I'm gone thanks

If you have a ATO and lights on a timer, all they should need to do is put food in. Just leave them a schedule of what and when.

If you don't have an ATO and light timer, you will need to leave more detailed instructions!

Make sure you do a water change as late as possible before you leave, it should be fine on just top ups for 2 weeks.

get some small bags and put the food in daily portions for your friends to tip in, the biggest mistake noobs make is overfeeding and polluting the tank

Lights on a timer as Buddy suggests. That eliminates that problem.

Showing whoever is looking after them how much food to put in each time.

Draw a line on the side of your tank in marker pen (if you have a sump, even better). Tell them that the tank needs to be topped up with pure water to that level daily. Leave the RO water next to the tank.

Set up security cameras so you can see whoever is looking after your fish... taking liberties in the rest of your home lol.

Lights on a timer and topoff are very helpful indeed.

I also tend to meter out food in shot glasses :)
