Going Away Next Weekend

Ok, going away next weekend, won't be home from Friday 6 am to Sunday night. What's the best way to make sure my fish get fed?

See tanks below (although I will probably have the Betta either in with the others in the the 3 or an Eclipse Explorer of his own.

the betta should be fine over the weekend...when I left for a weekend, I just did a partial water change, fed him and he was fine when I got back

not sure about the other fish..I'm not that familiar with them...maybe they'd be fine as well, but I'm sure others will comment on them

Fish are fine going without food for a few days, up to a week. The fast will actually do them good.

A couple says like that would be fine. If you're really worried, have a neighbor or friend take care of them. I saw these things at Mejer that you can buy for when you are going out of town. It is food for the fish. They make different ones that last a week, 2 weeks, so on. They are white and are shaped like seashells.

Very true...I actually fast my boys one day a week.

I starve my fish once every two weeks for one day...i feel guilty but its actually good for them

You can just feed him right before you leave and feed him right when you get back. He'll be fine. I've even heard fasting can be good for fish.
