I'm just curious, how do all of you guys gets such great blur and glare free clear pictures all of the time? Whenever I take a pic you can't see the fish because it's so blurry, how do you guys get it so it's not blurry or anything?

Take them at an angle and make sure you have a good camera. Check my post I posted 3 more one second page. It also helps if you have something to edit them with. :D

Some tips:

Take your photos at night when it's dark out, and keep all the lights off except for the tank light. I prefer not to use a flash, and by doing it this way, you don't really need to. Others like to use the flash, but you need to angle the camera as not to get the reflection of the flash in the photo. You'll be taking a lot of pictures in order to get a couple good ones, so it helps to have a digi cam. You have to be patient as the fish need to be pretty still in order to get a good clear photo of them. It helps to have a tripod to prevent out of focus photos due to shakey hands. Take your time and have fun with it! :)

Actually I'll be posting photos of one of my tanks for the first time in a couple minutes!

U can also use ISO 400, works better in darker environments too! For me, I don't use the flash as well. And I switch my digi cam to macro mode to take close up with the fishies. If the aperture is larger, with faster shutter speed, then the object should b sharper.

Agreed - angling the camera to avoid reflection of the flash - and also not to mention - a reflection of yourself - DOH!
I love to use the macro mode, on manual focus, and we have a tripod for the tricky photo's, it helps because even a slight shake of teh hands cause blur - fast shutter speed your set, now just get your fish to stay still! :p
it helps if u have a decent digital camera, as we just couldnt get any good ones with the crappier cam we were using previously.
.. as it goes though ... not everyone can afford a great camera , so sometimes good pictures come with luck :)
