I disagree, it's too chunky and the eyestripe and dorsal stripe are not found in r.wui.
I'm 99% certain that it's a redigobius species and most likely redigobius balteatus
Balteata Gobies (also known as the Rhinohorn Goby) require mild brackish water and develop fatal goitre if kept in freshwater, but with the right setup are extremely easy to breed.
Baench says that they will refuse flake but will be happy with a diet of live or frozen invertabrates (Bloodworm, mysis, brineshrimp, daphnia et al)
