do you think that a group of glowlight tetras survive in a tank that has been cycled for 3 and a half weeks

If the readings are stable, it shouldn't be a problem. I've found them to be great little fish...

id say the odds are 50.50, id wait till your tank has matured a bit. say 4 months-6 months+
