Glass Catss Problems!

i have 5 glass cats in my tank and 1 has a white tip on his tail fin should i be worried?
5 panda corys, 2 albino corys, 1 upside down catfish (all very small will go in bigger tank later

nitrite: 0.5ppm
nitrate: 20ppm

EDIT : Read the post wrong.

Thats not a massive amount of nitrite, but 0 would be better. Can you give us an Ammonia reading, and an indication of how long the tank has been set up?
