They indeed look lovely pippoodle the tone of your thread suggests you have done something you shouldn't have done or that just me? Maybe you been spoilt this Christmas and you just wanted one more little presy hehe.. (that's me btw)

Do they have tricky requirements?

well i wasn't going to the lfs today but they phoned me and reminded me that i have a pair of dwarf gouramis to collect
so went to collect them £6 quarentined pair (6 weeks)
while there i seen the glass cats so i though wont hurt getting these aswell (got no money left lol) so 6 of those was £20
then Mack my little boy seen the khuli loaches so got 3 of those for his tank for £4
and then i seen the pygmy corys so got 5 more of them for £5

so £35 spent AND i wasn't even going there today , i swear they've been reading my posts on here and got in the fish i wanted then phoned me

the buggers

wow 3 khulis for £4 not bad, i want some for my new tank, there So cool!

i researched all of the fishies before i get them and then also ask people on the forum to confirm if they will go with what i have currently in my tanks , i see you do the same thing it's the best way to go - there was a kid at my local maidenhead aqwuatics today asking for 5 clown loaches for a 60l tank , luckily the salesman refused to sell them to him but then there was an argument with the kids dad and the saleman cos the clowns were only babies - i'm glad the salesman stuck to his guns though and refused to sell them to the kid . WHY PEOPLE DONT DO RESEARCH i'll never know .

anyway thanks for the comments hun

what tank are your glass cats in at the moment
you still using the rekord or do you have the 125 up and running ?

the glass cats are in my 38 litre quarantine tank, my rio will be filled up as soon as my plant order comes :hyper: which should be saturday, and then i can pick them up. (38 litres is a bit small for them but its only for a month

rekord is still going its a tad over stocked but im doing the water changes, 25% every 3 days, then they will go into the 125.

lol its so confusing

dont worry about quarentine tank sizes lol
and dont worry about the rekord being a tad overstocked
we can overstock a bit cos we know that you need to increase water changes etc

these glass cats are amazing arent they
when the light was off i couldnt see any of them lmao
i was just imagining my 180 just with those in that would really confuse people lmao

lol, they are very interesting, mine love to perch on my cryptocoryne's they're very laid back fish, i might increase the shoal number to 10 to see if they behave any differently.

what do you feed your glass cats?
