I've had my Glass cats for about 5 months now and they've been pretty happy in their setup with their Cardinal tetra tankmates and bettas in their respective divided partitions. I don't have my test levels handy at the moment but everything's stayed within normal and acceptable ranges.

I watch my guys every day to see how they're doing, check health, behaviour, etc. One day my one Glass cat looked great, the very next day, he had a white bump on his head that looked like it was protruding or swelling from underneath, not on the surface level. It was hard to tell at first what it was since he's transparent and I can't see well enough exactly what it could be...

It doesn't look like fungus, doesn't look like any type of parasite, and doesn't really like like there's a visible hole... but might resemble a tumour? However, it literally turned up overnight and has been the same - no better or worse - for 4 days now. I am totally at a loss as to what it is and what I should do. His behaviour is still normal and active and he has quite an appetite still.

Any ideas?
