Hey puffer fanatics,
I've got a 15 gallon tank ready for my dwarf puffer dwarf puffer Browp as soon as I think I've got everything else I'll need for the transfer.
My question, though, is what to do about tankmates. I bought Browp in August, so he's pretty healthy. Any new dwarf I got would be weak because from the LFS, and would be at least 5 months younger than Browp is (probably more than that). Although Browp's territoriality will be completely extinguished when he's moved into a new tank, he's an aggressive little bugger. Plus he'll still have a physical advantage in terms of what shape he's in.
So, what can you recommend I do when I try this transfer? The LFS hasn't even got dwarfs in yet, so it'll probably be a little while yet, but I'd like to know what you all think so I can get ready for it.
