Giving my fish a treat

Hi

Could someone advise me how to feed my fish cucumber i'm just unsure and need a bit of guidence Thank You

Cut a peice of cucumba take the seeds out of the centre, soak in boiling water for a few minutes to take the hardness off, get a weight from a plastic plant if you have a spare one and tie cucumba on it with a rubber band, add to the tank, remove next day.

after boinig a few minutes (1-2) i've had the cukes sink on their own.

edit: boiling, not boining

remove the skin aswell as it could have pesticides on it
