Ghost Shrimp

i was wondering if any one thought a few ghost shrimp would survive in a well planted 10gal with 4 female bettas?

They might. Some bettas think ghost shrimp = food, other bettas ignore them.

hate to high jack but, how would say 4 ghost shrimp last in a 20 gal planted tank with 1 dwarf gourami, 3 swordtails and 8 cardinal tetras?

Don't know about the Gourami,but all the others are ok.
