Ghost Knife With A Cork Screw Tail...

I got a ghost knife a good while back... (2 years about..) and about he time i had gotten a sore area about 3/4ths the way down his body... and it did scar... and has been that way for over a year... well my question is after his scar his tail curled... it is actually an entire circle now... anyone ever see this... or heard of this... i cant seem to find anything on it on the net... it does not bother him at all and he has always been very active and perky....

i just wanted to know if this could be because of the scar or because when i first got him he was only in a 20 gallon tank... any thoughts...

HI,

My ghosty has a curly tail too. Ger did seem to have a little cut on his fin which healed and went away within a month. Im told it might be happening because either my tank is too small or its an infection? Ive treated for fin rot. Or Im told possible nipping? Ive not witnessed this, he seems happy in himself, all be it a bit curly. I getting a new tank this week and just hope he straightens out tho Im not sure he will.
