Getting Clowns To Switch Anemone's

Ive had my Bubble Tip Anemone for 6 months now and its been doing real well The thing is, ive seen a lovely Rose Bubble at my LFS and i love it!
My clowns started to host my current BTA after 5 mins of being added to the tank, so im confident that they will accept this anemone.
So, if i were to add the new anemone into a nice crevice, then leave it a week before i remove my current one (unless theres any problems, ill remove it sooner), do you reckon the Clowns will host in the new one? Or do they like host in one anemone for life?
I cant see what would be wrong as they will have their current nem in the tank as well as the new one, so ill remove the old one when they start hosting in the new one.

To remove an anemone off a rock, ive heard you run your finger nail under its foot. Is there an easier way as i obviously dont want to hurt it

Use an ice cube

As for the clownfish and hosting, sometimes they're picky, sometimes they're not... It's really luck of the draw

Indeed...hopefully they will. Picked up a lovely BTA today, currently accliamtising, been in the bag for about an hour now. Will add pics when its in and settled.
Good idea with the ice cube...just hold it near the foot i take it? Would i freeze RO to make reef safe ice cubes?

Well the anemone is in the tank. I have removed their old one from its spot...which was hard work, with the female biting at you constantly! But i carefully removed it from the rock.
I have put the new one in the old anemones position and the Clowns are expressing interest in it..they were a little shocked at first but they seem fine now

Good luck man, I've had clowns switch hosts after adding new corals. Had a little guy who went from a colony of palythoa, to two different euphyllia heads

The Clowns have a new home They love it....real nice nem, has its bubble tips constantly and its a real nice size! The lights havent come on yet in the tank as im slowly increasing the photoperiod day by day, so when they do come on ill get a few pics

Took my chances and attempted to feed the anemone today and it ate its 1/2 a silverslide
EDIT:The Nem is much nicer in person...more green to it
They have also completely abondoned their old anemone Poor thing, will take it to the LFS soon. I saw a RBTA today so might see if i can swap the old nem for the RBTA, even if i have to pay 20 quid or something
