Getting An Old Tank Out

I'm planning on getting an old tank out of the garage in the next week or so and was wondering if cold weather over the past year may have weakened the seals on the tank or not? Will it still be safe? I presume it will be but want to make sure.

theres only one way to find out!

if the silicone had perished it would be quite visibly obvious, if all looks well, then if its your juwel 60 thing it would only take a couple of buckets to fill so fill it and see if it leaks.
