Ge Plant / Aquarium Bright Stik Lighting?

I saw these listed on eBay for $12 each.

They look alright and the ebay price seems better than alright compared to the LFS (specially if you work out the cost per watt)

Does anybody have experience with these units?

Anyone know any Toronto retailers?
