Garra Flavatra

Hello.

Im after some advice on the above Garra, there isn't a great deal of info on the web that I can find - possibly as they're still relatively new to the hobby?

Anyway, I have a tank which is about 180l, I am considering adding garras but I am not clear on whether they should be kept singly, in pairs or trios, or as a larger group - sources appear to disagree on this point. Anyone with any advice to offer?

I've also noticed that too. Some recommend groups, other say they are aggressive towards each other. Personally I recommend groups. I currently have 3 in my 55gal and will be hopefully getting 4 more soon. Mine are quite peaceful towards each other, they don't school though. There is a little bit of chasing, but it just sees to be for fun. I think some people call them aggressive, because most garras are territorial. However G. flavatra is not.
