Hi, one of my Galaxy Rasboras is swimming only its tail is completely closed not in the usually fan position, has anyone come across this, looks like I might loose it.

Video and pictures of the fish?

If you use a mobile phone to film the fish, hold the phone horizontally (landscape mode) so the footage fills the entire screen and doesn't have black bars on either end.

How long have you had the fish for?
How long has it been acting odd?
Have you added anything to the tank in the 2 weeks before this started?

Sorry I'm not great on the Internet, I've had the fish for 4 months, have done nothing different with the tank.just noticed it today when lights came on at 10 am it was okay yesterday.

CPDs (celestial pearl danios, aka galaxy rasbora) are quite feisty and always taking chunks out of each other. As a starting point I suggest a lot more plants, including floaters, to provide line of sight cover. It also helps to have a large group. It does look skinny which could be as a result of bullying
I can't tell from the picture if its a bite wound but I regualarly had CPDs that I thought weren't going to make it after fighting / bullying but they usually did.
Mine mostly occupied the lower half of the tank, but after an injury would spend a few days at the surface to hide out while they recovered.
