Fuzz On Bog Wood

Hi all

Got a new piece of bogwood and it had been soaking for a week so i put it in my tank last night, ive woke up this morning and found it has started to grow a translucent membrain on it.

Is there anything i should be worried about as its in my dwarf puffer tank.

I intend to take it out later and scrub the membrain off, sorry for the lack of a picture but im just about to head off to work, any thoughts are welcome

when i soaked my bog wood i found if any was exposed to air for any amount of time it would 'grow' what appeared to be a white/transparent membrane on it. did you leave it out of the water for any amount of time?
maybe when you take it out, just give it a good scrub, and to be on the safe side maybe pour boiling water over it.
