There was an outbreak of fungus with my new females I got the other night.
It seems to start at the mouth and then I assume it covers the gills and they die.
I lost two already, and one I notice has some started on her mouth now. The other is in a seperate jar and no signs of anything.

This is how I lost my other group of females shortly after I bought them. So right now I'm gradually increasing the temp of the tank, I have already added salt and meds for the fungus. I tried feeding the now sick fish, she ate a bit. I really don't want this to end up like last week

For those who saw my pics b4, my two white girls are all that's left. And my little girl is the one that is doing good.

Some of that does fit the description,
Thanks a lot Wilder,
The meds that I am adding say it treats bacterial infection.
I just hope that it's good enough because I have nothing that your link says to use to treat her w/ and I won't be able to go to a store till monday -_-

Salt baths are the key to getting rid of columnaris, also add some salt to the betta tank as this desease hates salt, good luck.

I have her in a 3.5 g tank, and added 1/2 tablespoon of salt (directions say 1 tblspn per 5 g) so I might add a bit more.
I'm glad to report that she is holding up. Her fins aren't clamped and she's swimming around the middle of the tank, as aposed to crashed at the bottom or ghasping for air at the top.

I can't thank you enough Wilder!!!
