fungus

i just realized my angel fish has fungus on the tip of his fin. ive been reading and people talk about getting certain medications. just wondering if u have to give them medications or if u could just do waterchanges and temp adjustments?

how bad is fungus also? can it kill quikc?
also, should u move the fish or treat the whole tank?

I had a platy with that once. I used Maracyn and it went away in a few days. I wouldn't treat the whole tank unless more fish got the fungus.

alright, i got maracyn yesterday

after doing the medication, do i have to treat the water somehow?
