Fungus is growing in my aquarium

I've had this fungus thing growing on my cholla wood in my aquarium for about 6 months or so. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not to worry. Any thoughts?

If it was six days, I might be concerned. But with six months and no repercussions on your fish, I doubt it is something to worry about. But you could always remove it and replace it with fresh Cholla.
