Fish Herder
Well I went to Petsmart this past saturday and got 2 really pretty females. I have posted already about these fish. (Pearl 
) Anyways, While I was thier I picked up 6 live plant. There plant department was absolutly DISCUSTING although after 30 minutes of searching I found some. I also got 2 2.5 gallon tank. Before I set these tanks up I cleaned everything with clorox (a deluted solution) and rinsed the substrate and tank after the clorox for about and hour and added some Stresscoat after the rinsing and I cleaned the plants with a special plant cleaner I picked up at Bensons Pet Store. So in the end I had a male and 2 females in 3 seperate 2.5 gallon tanks. Since this is friday (im writing this is notepad and will post later becuase my mom is on the other computer) I have done 1/2 water change on tuesday and a full one on thursay. I made sure everything was clean. Im a clean freak when it comes to fish 
Well this friday everything went to hell. Pure HELL.....This morning I found fungus on ALL THREE BETTAS AND ALL OF THE SAME TYPE!!!! I WAS MORTIFIED! Well I immediately put them in a medicated solution for fungus and other illnesses. And I took a sample to school of all 6 plants. When I went to my Pet Vet class in 8th period I told my teacher that I think that the plants were infested with a virus or bacteria of some sort. So she took out Mrs. Lewis's Plant Anatomy and disease book and read how to test the plants for an infection or infestation. Aftera long 2 hours of doing test with my teacher we found the problem. It was a bacteria infection that attacked the nuecleus of each cell. After I herd the big reason why and what it could do I became VERY VERY VERY!!!!!!!!! PISSSSSED! THAT DAMN PETSMART SOLD ME PLANTS THAT WE INFESTED WITH A BACTERIA THAT IS FOUND IN SWAMPS! So I plan on taking my 2 females back and my male that I bought at Benson's and all 6 plants and will DEMAND a refund. Of course I will be plesent and nice but if they basically call a moron to all aquatic atmospheres like last time I swear to God that I will open a BIG can of whoopass on them. NO ONE ......i meen NO ONE KILLS MY PRESIOUS BABIES! NO ONE WILL EVER EVEN HARM MY BETTAS. RAWRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!........... wow....im getting very upset I need a breather....
mmmmkay...im back....I got a drink and punched my pillows a bit :shy: I just can't believe Petsmart people would be that stupid not to be in control of their plants. I even cleaned my plant myself...ughhh im so sad that 3 of my bettas died from the Petsmart Plant Plauge (PPP). Sorry jacblades but I just have to insult Petsmart here...definatly the one in albany. RAWRRRRRR!

I just can't believe it....I did everything in my power to save them.....rest in peace.....................
...how horrably ironic that this week is full of deaths...my uncle AND my friend's Dad died....im so sick of it all!
