Fungal Infection

I think Sushi has a fungal infection (never ending problems with this guy...) He seems to have all the symptoms that are posted on bettatalk.com. I was wondering, what would be the best medicine to use on him? I have Bettamax and Maracyn 2 right now, but I'm searching for the bettamax package to see what it treats. Is there anything better I could use?

Edit: I've been reading the stuff on bettatalk.com and now it seems he either has a bacteria infection or a fungal infection. ???

Sushi died this morning. I wound up starting him on Bettamax which treats bacterial and fungal infection, but it didn't help.
