Fungal infection or something else?

So my 110 litre tank has cycled and I added some fish to it. I've noticed on the chilli rasbora that some of then have developed white patches, 2 have it more extensively and some have just spots round their dorsal fins in particular and tail. The CPD in the tank seem to be unaffected by this as far as I can tell. Is it a fungal infection or something else? I do keep having an issue with white stuff growing on the driftwood and the ones that seem to be most heavily affected by it are the ones who hang around the driftwood. I have removed the driftwood a few times to boil it and scrub it down again but it keeps coming back. It was all boiled and scrubbed prior to going into the tank. So have I got a fungal infection or is it something else?

Ph: around 6.5/7

Weekly 75% water changes
15 CPD
Approx 17 chilli rasbora (there were more originally but some of them tried to recreate the escape from finding nemo into the filter and it didn't end well. Filter intakes are now covered by sponges and a filter media bag. Filter was rinsed in old tank water to clean it off.)
3 blue shrimp (originally 5 but 2 followed the chillies in and I'm waiting on the LFS to restock)
The fish were added in about 2 weeks ago and the tank cycled for about 6 weeks prior to that with a piece of old filter media from my 5g in it.

The fish are swimming fine, they're eating fine, they're not rubbing against anything. It's just this white stuff.
Fish in the pic is the worst affected and you can see the white stuff on the driftwood behind it. I only noticed it tonight on the fish but clearly it's been progressing and I've missed it. I'm planning to do another big water change tomorrow and I have aquarium salt to hand as well

Oh I know that. If you let plants get too much photo synthesis a a bad moss starts growing. it turns your tank green in color. Doesn't effect the fish much but ruins their color. Abandon the tank when there is too much moss to be cured of. About the fungal stuff I honestly think it's ich

Can you provide some better pictures of the fish and fungus?

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean every day for a couple of weeks or until the problem is identified. If there is a fungus poisoning the fish, the water changes will dilute the amount of fungus in the water and it should help the fish.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Struggling to get a better picture of the fish as it's not playing ball but got a better picture of the fungus on the driftwood.
All my water is treated with tetra aquasafe before it goes into the tank.

The fungus on the wood is growing on rotting wood. Take the wood out and put it in a plastic bucket/ storage container with tap water and wait until it stops having fungus. Then hose it off and put it back in the tank. You can hose it off a few times while it's in the bucket but don't boil or scrub it.

You can add some salt to the bucket of water and it might kill the fungus. Just add heaps of salt and let it soak for a week, then tip the water out and replace it with fresh water. Leave it for a few weeks and see if the fungus grows back on the wood.

Water change done with a bit of salt added in. I've pulled two pieces of driftwood out and they're now soaking in a bucket of hot salty water after being rinsed off. I'm going to pop to the LFS to pick up some anti bacterial/anti fungal treatment as I think I can now see some blotches on some of the CPD. I know it will be something I have done wrong but it's very disheartening. I thought fish would be relaxing and help with stress, they really haven't lol. Thanks Colin for all the advice.

Do not add salt to the tank if these fish are in it. Minimal amount of salt won't help anything, but it will harm soft water fish like these, and being nano fish they are all the more sensitive.

Which holds for fungal treatments too...make very certain you have "x" problem before adding any substances, as anything and everything you add will be somewhat detrimental to fish even if the additive is needed. You have to weigh the "plus" against the "negative" in additives/treatments.

I hold off putting any medication in for now then and just stick to the water changes. I'll keep trying to get a better picture of the fish but it's proving to be quite difficult.

Hopefully this shows it a little better. Thus isn't the worst fish but I think you can see the white dots around the dorsal fin as well as under the belly and then the whitish patch on the body between the dorsal and tail fin

So little update. Everything seems to be holding steady, I can't see any progression of the white stuff in the chillies and they seem to be a bit more active again. A couple of them lost all their colour and a few had dropped some weight but colour seems to be returning. I think the marks I saw on the CPDs may have been sparring marks from the males between each other and chasing the females, I think I have more females than I thought I did if my amateur sexing is correct.
However downstairs I noticed this evening that Aquarius the dark Betta had white spot so that tank is also now on daily water changes and I've started to turn the temperature up slowly. I suspect Triton the red and white has it as well as he looks under the weather as well but Poseidon the white one seems more active than he has been so I don't know if the fact the pump pushes water out of his tank is keeping him safe for now or if he just isn't showing, not that I'm going to be able to see it on him very easily. They're still all eating which is good.
