Full of eggs, or just fat???

This is my 2 year old Zebra Oto… I tried adding 2 new ones my last purchase , but don’t think they lived in this tank, even though those tiny bumblebees seem to… I got a good group doing well in several tanks, including my mixed Cichlid tank… so at around 2 years, this one must be sexually mature… it mostly eats biofilm, and it doesn’t seem to be busy enough to be that fat…

Thoughts???

Is this an otocinclus? I heard they're not the easiest to breed in captivity. Most are wild caught anyway. I'd say it's just a well fed lil man
