So there it is. I would rather sell it as a complete setup, but I appreciate that often people prefer the individual bits. If it comes to that and I have interested parties for all bits, or at least the plants and livestock, then I will split the lot, but of course they have to go first!

Feel free to ask questions.

Cheers,
Max

Are you interested in the tank as a whole? Postage is not an option right now

sorry only interested in the crypts and wood, changed mind about otos. are you sure you can't post?

Like I said i'd prefer to sell as a whole, but if I do split i'll let you know mate

Hello I live in Bristol, I am interested in starting to get into keeping fish (hence joingin this forum), although I do not know where to start and what to do.

What are you selling here ? As I live in Bristol this may be a good starter ? As you have eveything ready and waiting ?

What do you think ?

Do you have any photos of your set up >?

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Yes, it's a complete running setup, i'm afraid I don't have any very recent photos but I can give you a slightly old one to get an idea from. The updated stock list is: 1 oto (maybe 2), 5 assorted shrimp, 6 cherry barbs, about 8 ember tetra. The plants are in great health too, just using a high power bulb with ballast (which i'd include) and yeast CO2 reactor (again included). Send me a PM back, and if you're happy we could exchange phone numbers?

Cheers,
Max

EDIT: seems new users can't use the PM system (irritating!), so I just have to hope you check back in this thread

Hi,

Like Dave I am looking to get into fish keeping and was wondering if this would make a decent starter setup?

I live just outside Bristol so would be able to collect

Cheers

Hi there,
Yes, this would be a great setup for a person new to fishkeeping, as it's mature enough to deal with water quality changes as you get the hang of things! It's also fairly low maintenance. Give me an email at max_howes@hotmail.com if you're still interested.
Cheers,
Max
