Hi i have have recentley set up a new tank its been going for about 2 weeks now i have added 12 tetras 1 red tailed shark 2 crabs 2 algae eaters and i did have 3 platys but 1 died. Today i noticed small fry in my tank now i have managed to capture a few and i have them in a net at the moment i been adviced to do this for a short term until i can get a breeding tray. but its to late now has my local shop shuts at 3. is there anyway i can make some thing home made until tomorrow.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I use a ice creme/butter tub half fill with tank water and this will float on the surface, the fry will be fine in there for a couple of days untill u get a breeding trap.
