i got a pair of balloon mollies at my lps and the female was pregnant i didnt know how much and exactly 1 week later see gave birth it was 9:30 (my bed time) i went to look at my fish one more time and i saw a fry i looked at the mom (madeline) and i saw her drop like 5 fish i was so shocked (my first fish to give birth at all) by the time i got the digital camera to film a whole 14 seconds she was all done i moved her in a 2 gal and there are at least 10 fry in a 10 gal with 3 small snails how is the best way to move them into a smaller tank so i can put the parents back in the big tank? :D

oo oo oo oo! i know, i know! pick me, pick me! -waves arms around wildly-

turkey baster ^^

sucks the lil buggers up good, just plunk them into a temporary holder when you've got 'em all, move the parents back into the big tank, and introduce the babies to the little tank ^^
