Hey guys,
My two oldies are still going so here is really hoping first to adulthood. One of the two has always grown a couple of sizes below the other and it is now more noticeable that the larger one has developed markings. Is this natural and just way things go with fry? They were born on the same day:

Seems fine to me.

My batch of 20 Krib fry are all different sizes. Most are the sizes, but a select few are smaller and some are way bigger. It is just nature.

my cory fry always grow at different rates, i think its down to the greedy ones eating first and the others getting whats left..... they will be fine though. looking good well done :good:

Aww too cute

I find this with mine also, try giving a bit more food by the smaller one, although they only eat what they want anyway

Well done on them so far, they look fab :good:

Aw thanks so much guys, they are still in the giant net at the moment a couple of weeks more and will transfer to a even more giant breeding trap. Thanks very much for the reassurance guys, really appreciate. As to food over the littler one, I always shower him but he is stubborn  The larger one is always nomming when the food is first introduced.

Hi lilacamy931 :

Your fry are looking good! :flex:

It might look like an enormous difference in size because you only have two of them, but if you had a big batch you would see that there are always some much larger and some much smaller than the others. It's perfectly normal. :D
