Okay, so they'll be a month old Friday.

Should I raise the water level to the full 10 gal? It's been half full the past month. And I was gonna put in a box filter to help with the water quallity (not that I don't keep it pristine anyway). Where/how should I put that in?

How long do you leave on the seran wrap?

You can ditch the wrap by now. That's really just for keeping the temperature steady and humid. A regular old lid will do (provided they have labyrinths already, right?)

I would fill the ten 3/4 of the way. box filter really, really might be too much filtration. Really. But if you use one be sure and put a sponge over the intake. Betta fry are more than dramatic when it comes to current or suction.

Yup, I agree. If you're realy keeping the water clean with WC's, I wouldn't bother with a filter till they move to their growout.

Air sponge filter is the best. If you get the double round cylinder sponges air filters are the best. You can get it at petland. :) Make sure you add the aged water same temperature as in the tank. Congratulation for you made up to this point. You are such a good mama betta now. Hurray!!!

I did want to put a filter in there, so I can cut back to every other day with the WCs. Work is really taking a lot out of me and I hate missing a day with no way to remove amonia and other bad stuff.
