In a 10 gallon tank. Heated, over the back whisper filter (which will not be on).

1. How much and how many time should I change the water? (I want to know what's successful)

2. Lives plants, good or bad? What are the risks of having live plants in with betta fry?

3. Will Colloidal Silver help betta fry survive?

4. At what point would it be safe to turn on the filter (with intake nozel cover with some kind of netting)?

i would say once their like a month old they should be filter safe, live plants will mucj the watter a little, its really personal preferance thogh. water changes should be done like twice a day for betta fry if the filter isnt gunna b on ;)

How much water removal for each change though? And what should I put over the intake nozzle to prevent the fry from being sucked up? I'd like the filter on, but I don't want to risk filtering fry. ;_;

I wouldn't do a HOB filter at a month, they are still teeny, get a sponge or a small corner filter.
You can start water changes at 7 days, but you'll want to go in gently with a baster after dad is out to remove the waste left over waste from mom and dad. Do 75-80% at least 5 times a week.
Colloidal silver is a good thing and should make your fry stronger.
Live plants can go either way, they will provide infusoria for your fry, but if you're feeding mw's that's not a problem. Plants will make the bottom dirtier and can possibly introduce other things into your tank. Some people swear by them, others won't touch them -_-
