How soon can I safely move them from one tank to another?

I'm going to take yeeviabetta's advise, and start with egg yolk.
When can I do my first vac/water change?

How big of a tank are they in now, and what other foods do you have to give them? Personally I wouldn't use egg yolk just because it lowers water quality so quickly unless you have nothing else...
I think generally it's recommended to do your first water change once the fry are a week old, then pretty much daily thereafter.
