When can I give away baby platies and guppies? My platies are like 2 or 3 weeks old, are they old enough to give to friends?

heya ii would say it depends on what fish they keep as they may get eaten.

as stated above, how advanced are the fry and do you imagine they would get eaten in another tank

Guppygirl, at 2 to 3 weeks I'll take some off your hands if you are close enough. I have a stock tank in the back yard that I'm using to grow out some swords and the platies would fit right in. In that tank everything grows at amazingly fast rates.
