im going on vaction here in a week and we are haveing someone stay at our house but i have fry that will be 4-5 weeks old by then i was wondering if i could buy some liquifry or some of that pre made stuff to give the ladt to feed them or are they too old

liquifry isn't going to be enough to be honest I don't think. Have you tried frozen BBS? mine were having newly hatched but I did used to supplement some feedings with frozen and also the daphnia but they didn't like that much. I seem to remember also trying them on the frozen artemia at that age I think and they would have fun tearing it to peices. Be careful though as they only really need half to one of those big boys each.

Definitely try them on the frozen bbs now to get them used to it. What are they eating at the moment?

how long will you be gone 4?
microworms would be okay for a little while

i will be gone for 10 days now they are on a mix of bbs and microworms
ill try to get some frozen bbs

thanx for the advice keep it comin

Freeze your own. Um... Do a MW culture and try to get them to feed that.... Can't think of much else. Will they eat v.v small crushed up flakes?
