A pair of Anomalochromis thomasi had fry born Christmas Day. About 12 fry have made it to this point in time, perhaps a few more. The parents are beginning to back off on their parental care. For a month the pair diligently defended a territory consisting of about 1/3 of the tank foot print. Now they are allowing other fish into this region of the tank. The fry are awesome and awfully cute. Here is a pic of some of them.
