Frozen Vegie - Is It Safe For Bn?

I am just wondering the frozen brocoli and carrot in the bag, is it safe to feed to BN or pleco?

Yes, as long as you let it defrost first!

Personally, I cook frozen veg for a minute or two, so they're that little bit softer and easier for the fish to eat.
