Frozen Rotifiers

I am sure that I have read somewhere that it is best to add rotifiers after the main lights have gome out.

Is there any advantage to this? How often should you add them?

The reason they say at night is because photosynthetic coral are, well, photosynthesizing during the day. Many, at night will extend tentacles to supplement their nutrition with 'live' food. Adding baby brine shrimp, spotfeeding, etc...then become caught by the tentacles and pulled in.

Yeah exactly as above. Plus if you are adding meatier food the fish are less active and less likely to get the food before the corals do.
