Frozen food

Just wondering how often to feed my fishies frozen foods, i like giving them lots of variety, with algae tabs etc but wasnt sure how often to give them frozen foods such as brineshrimp, bloodworm etc, does anyone know how often is best practice?

i just have the usuall community fish, livebearers, etc

I feed mine frozen foods 3 or 4 nights a week. They eat a pellet food in the morning, but only half as much on the mornings when they'll have frozen in the evening.
