I have bought a mixture of frozen foods in small block format.

Mysis
Spinach
Artemia
Krill pacifica
Mini bloodworm
Brine Shrimp

I thought it might be a good idea to defrost it all, mix it, then freeze it back into blocks. Is this ok to defrost and then refreeze?

I would like to give a good variety of food to the tank and this would be the easiest way, rather than cutting bits off 6 little blocks for each feed.

Or defrost 6 blocks, mix and keep in the fridge, maybe one weeks worth of feed. Would it keep in the fridge ok for one week?

Frozen foods once defrosted won't keep for much more than 6 hours, even in the fridge.

Not sure about re-freezing but I wouldn't have thought it wise tbh.

Most packets say once thawed do not re-freeze, but i know of some people that do it. I just wack them with a hammer so the break into tiny chunks then mix them in an ice cube tray. This way they are frozen the whole time.

You could just alternate cubes at feeding times. That'd still give them a rounded diet and be easier for you provided you kept a small simple log stating what was fed and when.
