Frozen Brine

Hi sorry to e a pian , but i bought frozen brine for the guppys, but the directions are unclear....
how do i put it in the tank?? crushed or whole cubes?

I do this for frozen bloodworm:

Take out some tank water in a cup, put cube in cup. Swish round until defrosted. I then pour the worms through a net. Don't get the water in the tank, do it over a sink. I like to hand feed the worms, but you can just toss some in and the fish will get them.

I would think the BS would be done in the same way,

yeah just get a little cup of tank water. Put the cube in. swish it aroud until its defrosted, then enjoyy!

I do what the other posters suggested. Never feed it frozen because the fish can die as a result of the temperature shock. I lost a lot of fry that way before I knew better.

i've always just thrown it in frozen, no deaths from it so far!

I just chuck in frozen brine, worms or krill. I do defrost cockle etc though

i chuck frozen, gets more nutrients and im lazy.
