My Bristlenose is about 4 inch roughly, i've had him a couple of months and he's always hid away till the lights went out and appeared out front during the night.

I decided to give it a go feeding cucumber and courgette and WHAM as if like magic he's out the front all day long, I can even get really close to the tank and he'll still sit there quite happily! I also moved a few rocks around and he seems to have claimed an area as his own too.

Thought i'd take a few pics :)

ps- Had to use a small piece of spare slate to weigh down the courgette because i've lost my screwcumber lol

OOh actually, one question.

I also have a little juvenile bristlenose, about 2 inch max... why wont he eat the veggies?

He will, just once the males had his fill!

My babies eat it but they have to wait for dad and mum to finish, they do go near but the adults move all over the shop and they usually swim off.
