Hi. I'm currently nearing the end of my fishless cycle and want to have a tank of African Dwarf Frogs, Cherry/Amano Shrimp and Apple Snails. How many of each would you recommend?

My tank is 60l/15gal. I was thinking something like:

10 ADFs
10 Cherry Shrimp
2-4 Apple Snails

Would this be too much? Could I have more? Are there any problems I could face with that stocking?

Thanks for your time,
Jonty

Reading some other topics it says that snails generally explode in number. That said, and with Apple Snails getting to 6in, would it be OK just to get 1?

you'd be fine to get just one apple snail
if you only get one it wont reproduce on its own like other snails

Thanks for that Pippoodle

Would it be better to get cherry or amano shrimp, as I don't really want hundreds of cherries

shrimps shouldnt really be added to any tank which has been running under 6 months. If you do still want shrimp though its down to what you want, cherry will breed easily, they are smaller than amano also.
