Recently aquired rock has this atached is it friend or foe?

Aiptasia Anemone. I keep a reef tank with corals, therefore I think they're foes since they pretty much kill every coral I'd like to keep. If it's a Fish only tank, you might not be bothered by them, but they are prolific and can/will overrun the tank.

they get eaten by peppermint cleaner shrimp, Lysmata wurdemanni.
