Lol, usually not. Most pseudochromis are very boisterous fish. They may dart in and out of rocks and appear shy towards the aquarist that hulks over them, but they are not shy when it comes to fellow tank mates.
Mine dosn't come out of its little hiding place that often and when it does it is very territorial towards the other fish. Is this because it is on its own?

I assume from that post you're implying/wondering if adding another dottyback is a good idea... Don't make that assumption. As territorial as it is towards other fish, if you put another of the same species in there, one or both will die in the resulting war. Never mix dottybacks.
