are there any siamese tigerfish that are completely freshwater, and can tolerate lower a Ph of 6.5?

No. The 3 commonly available species (D.microlepis, D.quadrifasciatus, D.pulcher) all require fairly hard alkeline water and in the case of D.quadrifasciatus brackish water with a SG of 1.005-1.010. When kept in acidic and soft water the fishes colours darken to a dull grey and they become lethargic.
