hi everyone , i want to know if freshwater shrimp is safe ?? Will it chase my fish ?? . PS : can you advice me what type to use for small aquarium( 22L ) and what does it eat ??

which shrimp? There are 100's of freshwater species - some are fish friendly, some get very large indeed and have rather nasty claws/pincers!

What is in your tank right now?

only 2 head and tail !! :p I have just set up 2 weeks ago
Did you do a fishless cycle, OP?

If not, do not add any shrimps until your tank is properly cycled and matured. Shrimps are even more sensitive to raised ammonia and nitrite than most fish are.

Shrimps are really cool little creatures to have in a tank but i would advise taking time to look into the species you want before getting them just to make sure they are easy enough to take care of and don't need any specialised treatment. I had some shrimp once (can't remember which species) and they were amazing things but seemed to die without warning. If your tank is only small with little current in the water avoid shrimps that feed with fans as these tend to need a lot of water with plenty of flow to cycle food out of.
